for How long Amex hard pull valid?

I would like to give it a shot with Amex, Thinking for applying for Amex student first then try the Blue after in case i got denied.

I have EQ 730 , not sure about EX. I wanna get a new card

so how long the hard pull from amex will last for multiple apply?
also if amex blocked the way, which credit i can instantly?

Amex will pull EX, so your EQ score does not matter to them.  Amex pulls are good for the same day only.  If you apply just one day later, they will pull again.

I don't understand the second question.  Could you perhaps rephrase it?

There are many, many issuers that offer instant approval.  In fact, just about every prime card you can apply for these days has the possibility of instant approval.

The question of which one you should apply for depends on your scores, reports, baddies, inquiries, utilization, etc., and most importantly, what features you are looking for in a credit card.

Yeah, you right.

but usually it`s an instant approval in 30-60 days.

Yes, sometimes.  This is entirely YMMV.

BofA, for example, usually gives a "30 day" message, but I got instant approval online.  Same with WaMu.

With low to mid 600s I rec'd instant approvals from Cap1 and Discover More.

With even lower scores I rec'd instants from Amex and Juni.
