Nusenda is typically 5% for Q1.
While not 5% grocery specific (can be used for 5% anywhere mobile wallet is accepted), the Kroger card and its many sister cards offer 5% back for any mobile wallet purchases up to $3k per year. That's a low cap but my understanding is you can apply for more than one of the sister cards.

The BofA CR is great for grocery shopping when ordering online (e.g., Amazon Prime, Instacart, or your favorite grocer etc.) and selecting online shopping as your 3% category. When paired with Preferred rewards, one can earn up to 5.25% CB for online orders and up to 3.75% for in-store shopping (up to the $2,500 quarterly cap).

3.5%, not 3.75% for in-store. It's 75% bonus of the starting 2% at groceries (which includes Costco). Still really good and why I made sure to get one CCR as a Visa.

I do have my 5.25% CCR set to online shopping - just not for online supermarket spend. And fwiw, Costco members can pay by Amex for Costco.com same-day deliveries by Instacart paying moderately higher prices (not to be confused with an Instacart.com general public orders from Costco, where you can also use Amex but will pay much higher prices). Either way it codes as the supermarket bonus category with Amex.
So I'd still take Amex's 4x MRs over 5.25%. But lately I've been mostly going to Costco in person.
I had both Amex BCP and Amex Gold, but I would spend over the $6k cap for BCP and couldn't really use the credits on the Gold to offset the annual fee. I generally just don't like rotating category cards.
I switched to using the Altitude Reserve for groceries for ~4.5% by using mobile wallet, but can't use it for online grocery shopping at that rate.
And just my periodic PSA plug for those with Amazon Prime card. Apart from 5% off at WholeFoods, you can also buy gift cards to various supermarkets (thus getting 5%). These include
Albertsons
Safeway
Raley
Shaws
Star
+ Instacart
Also lots of restaurant, food services like Grubhub and Doordash, and other stores like Petco and Lowes.
There are several ways to get ~3-6% on groceries. Amex BCP/BCE, Gold, rotating categories (Discover, CFF, Affinity Cash Rewards, etc), digital wallet (Ralphs), BOA online shopping, target/walmart/whole foods. At some points, you may combine it with the deals on SB/Rakuten and get more cashback. In one incident, my 50$ groceries at safeway became money maker, using several deals together
It highly depends on the shops that you do purchases and in-store vs online.
I use my AMEX Gold for all dining and grocery. I transfer to Delta and end up somewhere between 1.5 and 2.5 cpp. So 6-10% back on spend.
If you have Verizon for your cell phone the Verizon card is a great option. $10 off for autopay and you also get 4% back for groceries and gas. 3% for dining and 2% back for vzw purchases.
