Knock on wood, no issues with them. Been a card holder for several years now.
Lots of new accounts and inquiries too.
I have not done any BTs though. Just using the cards for purchases and paying my bill.
Arrival plus and Hawaiian Airlines.
Their customer service folks have always been pretty decent as well.
