im just looking for card with high chance of approval no specific rewards or anything maybe a high sl and a low apr.
Without knowing if you want something in oarticular, I'd say maybe Discover? From my experience and even on the forums here, Discover is good with increases in shorter periods of time. Even if you don't initially get a great SL, it grows fairly quickly for most. I figured I'd throw out something different then what you already have on your sig.

It looks like you just had an app recently. Not sure of your whole app history, but if you had a lot of apps recently then you may want to be wary of AA for over agressive credit seeking. If you only had one app recently then if you want another card look into Discover or Amex. Just look at non-AF cards. Both those lenders will let you grow credit lines over time with softpulls. Then I would go into the garden for at least six months if not a year. If you have had a number of apps in the past six months I would not app. You have enough cards to work with at the moment to build up your profile, so even if you have to garden it isn't going to slow your progress.
I agree with Discover. I would also add BarclayCard MC (I've read several threads, both with approvals and denials, after a recent BK for Barclay). AMEX also. The reason I choose these is two-fold, first, they are on the hogh end in terms of quality, at least that os how they are seen. Second, the firsts two I noted also provide a FICO on each statement making it much easier to keep up with your climb back up to pmore positive credit.
If denied for the higher end cards, I wouldn't go for the lesser quality just becuase you have a higher chance of being approved. Try to continue your climb back to the top with only high quality cards.
Lastly, now that I have gone back and re-read your original post, my first question is why. You have, I'd say, at least 5 cards of respectable quality, and you have the AMEX. What is the purpose of another card? Just to have one more? 5 quality credit cards, as opposed to store cards, is more than enough in my opinion.
IMO there is no need for another, just to have another. You can continue to build your credit with what you have, continue to pay down your balances if you have any, continue to get CLI's on the cards you have, stay away from hard inquiries, and stay way from store cards unless there is some real need to get things from that store long term.

+1 on this. Don't end up apping for a credit card that you don't really want or will never use. You will look at that card in the future and just hate it. If there are no particular cards that you want right now then just garden. It is better to save the inq than throw it away on something that won't really do much for you down the line.
sorry if this will sound a little mean but you already have effectively $60k in credit limits... you also stated that you just want a new card with high limit and low interest, which tells me you're likely planning on carrying a balance on it... do you think that's the best/most responsible idea given your chp7? credit cards aren't a sorce of income...
