how many inquiries is too many when applying for credit

I have four Hard pulls over the last 6 months last one was in Febuary. I am about to apply for a line of credit NFCU Navchek in a couple of days how will those credit pulls affect my applications

Are they reported on all 3 bureaus?? Thats kinda high but it sounds like your applying for a bank account, am I right?

NFCU  is not really  inq sensitive  so  4 is not too bad  they pulled EQ for me  when I apped  but  they have been known to pull TU for NAVChek sometimes.  If you have fair to  excellent credit  you will most likely be in good shape with them

No I am applying for the Navchek LOC for NFCU. I have four on equifax and two on experian and transunion. I have my credit score is 761. My income is 40k

I think you are golden  I dont see you having any problems.   I had 4 on my  EQ when I apped and my scores are lower than yours.
