sorry if this has been asked before but for those of you who have successfully remained in the garden, how many iquiries did you have? how many points did you gain at the 1 year mark? and at the 2 year mark? of no apping.
Years ago when I had stellar credit I saw my credit go up about 2 to 3 points for every inquiry that aged off and also an additional 22 points for simply not paying late and AAoA going up. I think it total it was about a 50 point increase in 2 years.
Thanks. Im rebuilding and have several good TLs with 1 or 2 negs that will need to age off. Many negs have been deleted but depending on the bureau I have 10-20 inquiries. Im hoping the garden will give me some points.
Didn't make it a year (it was like 7 months) but I gained 20 points in those mouths of gardening as id opened 7 new accounts then did a short bit in the garden.
