I am only using chase and zync now..how often should i use these cards so i dont get a cld or closed by bank:

Home depot
Walmart
Jared
Bby store card

Dont think anyone here keeps count of who does what when. As adults, we all get to decide what is right for ourselves, so no worries over what counts or doesnt.

Im assuming the HP would be for a CLI increase. Wouldnt that be growing the little sprout into a beautiful sunflower?

No, you're not in gardening mode if you take a HP for a CLI. I realize that you'd be trying to grow the account, but the inq would stick around for 2 years.
