how should i get my way back into Cap 1

i plan on gettng a mortgage within the next 9-12 months, as soon the loan gets thru i am gona app for either a Discover it/Venture. 

i currently have a secured Cap 1 from 2014 jan.  i plan on closing it b4 i app for the venture card , PC the venture to QS b4 the AF hits.  will all these be done with 1 HP?

I don't think it takes any HP at all to PC. And definitely not to combine either.

when doing s product change with CAP 1, there isn't a hardpull for it.. So you are going on that front if you qualify for a PC.  For a fresh application, it will be hardpulls..
