i want to do a recon with citi bank but i am unsure how to do it..they denied me for a DQ account from 2 years a go but amex approved me so how do i do a recon with them?

i am just going to wait 6 months and maybe try again for another citi card build my credit and history up more or try for a discover insted. i am hoping to get a card this year with a cl abover 3000
