+1 I agree with you.  They should  solely use ChekSystems.

I have opened 3 checking and savings accounts at 3 different banks within the past 60 days and all were a soft pull. (Suntrust, USAA, & Capital One).

 

They must have changed their policy since 2009 when I opened my USAA checking account.  

 

It was a hard pull for me.
