Great words of advice from enharu. I did a CLI with Chase a few days back and had a $8k CL. I requested $20k which would be on the high end of my TLs and they countered with $12k. Not great but for Chase, I'm very content.

Within the last week I called in to get a CLI on my CSP.  It was sitting at a $10k limit and I wanted it higher.  When the rep asked what I wanted, I did not give any specific number.  When I logged in the next day it was up to $20k.

Solid bump. I always wonder whether it's better to ask for a specific figure or just let it roll. Probably matters less for a system generated response than a manual review.

Just curious.  Were these all soft pulls?

My accounts are too new for CLIs however I would like to SP for CLIs before I apply for a mortgage later this year.

Chase CLI are usually a HP if customer requested.

I'm fairly certain they're always an hp on request. Only auto cli's are sp's.

I'm gonna go for like a 6x cli. I'll let you all know how it goes.
