Ha ha ha ha never mind that its $100 I asked for the CLi whooo hoo and it caused a HARD pull! Enough to buy a pack of gum!They act like they gave it to me automatically! WHatever I wonder if the notice that I went to a zero balance on this account yet?

Letters like that are why I have not bothered to ask for a CLI w/orchard (@ least not on the phone). I hit the CLI button online but it prompts me to call. I have 2 300 Cls w/orchard and figure I’d rather combine them into 1 CL and hope orchard gives me 600 and perhaps a CLI on top of that. Have had the cards just over 1 yr perfect payment history and current 0 balances yet no CLI? hard inq isn't worth 100

@ this point they are sockdrawered until just before the 2 yr anniv marks...and then it is snip snip bye bye time ha

Wow, you got a letter.  They gave me the same CLI last month after calling every month this year.  The CSR kept reminding about how fortunate I was because it was a FREE CLI!    Hey, lIke someone said, it is better than $300.00.  Congratulations!

Its bizarre how unpredictable they are. I called the other day and was given a $200 CLI without a fee or a hard pull. Absolutely that simple...I asked for it and she replied "sure, no problem." No pause or hesitance or anything. Its only at $500 but better than $300, I guess. When I called last month they would have no part of it.
