So I contacted Chase and they told me that I have Two options, Either delete the entire account from my credit report, or keep the good payment history but closed the account with Zero balance, which one should I choose?

Sorry I don't know what account you're referring to.  I don't recall seeing any references to Chase above.

Basically, it's someone else's credit card, I'm listed there as an AU, that credit card has a high balance so previews users advised me to remove it from my name because it's not helping me.

I would go one step further, being an AU on those cards is hurting your scores.

So should I remove the thread line of the AU  account or keep the history and close the account with Zero balance

Get taken entirely off the AU accounts; you'll come out ahead.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion, I'm just curious though what's the downside if I keep the payment history and the account reports Zero? I thought the problem is the balance, not the payment history. Does an AU account is bad generally?
