BofA, HSBC.
 
AmEx, but their responses seem to be pretty generic - even offering you cards you already have, often as not.

Capital One has one too. There is a sticky in the credit thread over at CB that lists all of the websites.

Cap1 does not even ask for SSN, just a simple questionnaire. So not even a soft pull involved there. I like the idea of a soft, to make me feel like I may have a chance.

I hate this thread!  I went to BofA's site and found I'm "preapproved" for $4500, which would be my highest CL....

mine was 1.5k. i waited til the next one, came up 5k. pulled the trigger. approved for 1k "because we like to honor or pre-approvals". cli'd at activation to 12k w/a tu pull (app pulled ex). 3 months later recon cli'd to 15k. next month is my 6th statement we'll see if they're still in the giving mood.
