I applied at Target Stores for a Target Visa. At first it was for 500.00 C/L.  Then it climbed to $5000.00! Can you believe it? I couldnt.

i'm not sure either. i do know that since something we can't talk about here is occuring, citi says i'm at my exposure limit, and my cu's say dti is max for my cl i'm waiting until i get my step increase in sept., and cost of living increase at the first of the year before i entertain thoughts of any hard pull cli's and all apps.
