nfcu cli question

I just got approved this week for their cc, can I ask for a cli and will they pull a new report? My 8.5 year old chapter 7 bk just fell off Equifax and my score went from 680 to 767 and is like to utilize that

Navy pulls CR for everything. They're a bit HP-happy. You can ask for a CLI. Usually it's a new app, just like when you apped for the card. Since you were just approved this week, you might call and ask them to recon. Theyd still do another HP.

+1.  Either requesting it online or over the phone with a CSR will result in a Hard Pull.

I was approved for their visa in April only 5k limit I paid off a lot of debt in May and called them back last weekend asked for an increase they HP and now my limit is 20k. Good luck

I'm not sure if they always do a HP - I just received a $2k CLI after calling them and asking them if it was possible to bump it up just a little bit. Initial limit was 10k, and I've had it less than 1 month. I explained that I was going to be flying quite a bit over the next two years and a couple of the tickets are $9k .. company reimburses me, but I didn't want to push the card that close to the limit. They did ask me for some info and then said "ok, new limit 12k." But I don't see any alerts about any HPs from creditkarma or creditkeeper - usually they give me warnings right away.

I'm not sure it's always a HP either but in my case it was an automatic CLI, nothing I asked for they just uped my limit not by much but to not even ask for it and them to give me a CLI it was kind of nice.  I think maybe in January I'll actually as them for a CLI and see where it goes!

I requested the increase online. No new hp and it never went on my page to check loan approvals ect but my limit is reporting at 10k now on the cc !

They are pull happy, I applied for an account and a CC, resulted in 2 HP and 2 Soft pulls.
