I need to refi in the next 60 days? I also have a chance to get a visa with zero intrest until jan 2009, but the offer end in 25 days. Should I get it or not?

this is the wrong forum-
Don't apply for credit just before a mortgage. PERIOD.

look at the CCC and see when it expires....it could still be good after you close on mortgage.
