i thought this was odd. just thought i'd share.
Will it let you pay more than the balance? (assuming you don't charge more between now and then)

This is what happens when you live beyond your means!!
This same thing happened to my paypal smart connect. I just charged something else small and then paid the minimum balance.., I was weird I would get a late if i didn't lol
i tried to pay 2 dollars and said i could not pay more than the actual balance. so i was unable to pay the actuall minimum payment. i am kind of annoyed by this.

It wouldn't let you pay the exact balance of $1.54?

This is scary! If we're unable to pay then how're we going to keep the payment on time. The software that rounding up to next dollar need to fix this. Let us know the come out.
I had the same thing happen on a card I have from my credit union. It was rounded up the nearest dollar online for the minimum. After paying the statement balance, the minimum payment went to zero. The paper statement I receive didn't round up which I though was odd.
The statement balance was something like 4.95 and the minimum payment listed online was $5 but on the paper statement it was 4.95 so I wouldn't worry about it. Make the statement balance payment and see what the minimum says then.

Falling out of my chair... laugh of the day!!!
From what I recall, I have seen payment language to the effect of "pay X amount of dollars or X% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater." Maybe that's how this is being configured. Unfortunately, they haven't programmed their computer systems to recognize this.
