I really don't understand what value is there is to transferring an $11 balance like that besides the lack of a fee and keeping the card active.

In the context, I'd guess it has to do with trying to inflict petty harm on CapOne and Discover. Why? Who knows?
Might be some juggalo inspired thing. Maybe not, but I agree it doesn't make any sense as a way of trying to build a good relationship with a ccc.

hold on now, you just posted in another thread that you were doing an $11.00 BT between Discover and CapOne? That doesn't seem like an odd set of transactions to you? Just throwing out ideas for why they would want to know more about what you are doing.
i am sure my account was fr'd due to a joke of an $11 balance transfer lol
if thats why they closed the account then they are worse then i could put into words
I thought you closed the account? Lenders don't spend time on a 4506-t or Income Verification request without some reason.
debateable who closed it, technically they did the moment they asked for the 4506-t
We are responsible for our own actions. You seem to be rather bitter after recent circumstances. Why play with a card, if you don't like the card, sd for year and close it. 2 years post bankruptcy, you are rather lucky. You closed the card, it's your reaction, they didn't close it.
Please be accurate.
Have had it 3 years...no movement...in sock drawer besides 5% and a recurring $7 charge. For me, Discover sucks!

Besides the $15 ShopDiscover still owes me, there's nothing I particularly hate about the card.
I do hate how people refer to it as the IT card when nowhere on the website indicates it should be capitalized. Discovery is another pet-peeve, as is the wrong use of their/they're/there. I'll leave my thoughts their...
I thought I was the only one! Discovery, blech. What's next, instead of American Express, Pony Express?
