Re: re apply for same card

Are you thinking about applying to them? If your scores are accurate, I would be more concerned with correcting whatever baddies you have on your CR's.

Your score is too low for any of those cards. I would suggest getting a secured card from Cap1 and start there.

Also, where did you get your EX score?? Did you get the EQ/TU from here?

+1

Absolutely correct!

Your scores are way too low to even think about prime cards.  You can start with Cap1 or your local CU for a secured card.  Just make sure if you use a local CU that they report to all three.  There is a CU that does not approve based on credit and that is SDFCU.  All you have to do is open up your membership and deposit money in the account and you've got your card.   I would try that first since they are not credit based.  Here is there website: https://www.sdfcu.org/.  Call in to do your secured card because anything you do online is an HP.

Get that one secured card and then work on cleaning your credit and keeping your utilitiy down.  The problem with toy limits is that you have to keep making multiple payments monthly to keep your balance low so try to open a secured with at least $1k if you can.  It will really help you in the long run because bigger limits begets you much bigger limits.

Re: re apply for same card

Those card are off limits with your current credit history. You are years away from those cards.

You got to have better credit portfolio than two $200 secured cards.

That's without taking in consideration if there's any derogatory info in your three credit reports.

Sorry if sound blunt but from your score and available credit you should not be worrying right now about applying for prime cards.

Should should be building from what you have available, clear any possible bad info on your CR and rise your score.
