Don't do anything until the disputes are finalized and everything is cleaned up and reported. This will help both your scores and your chances of approval, as lenders look at reports as well as scores.
BofA would probably like you with your current score, and they pull EX, but with such a limited history, they might pull a second report and see something you don't want them to see.
Another option is to get in with a local credit union --these usually pull EQ. Your current score would be fine with them, and CU's typically give better CL's than the big boys when you're first getting started. If your EQ report is recent, print it out and take it to local CU's, meet with the loan officer, don't authorize a credit pull yet, but ask if they'd take a look at your report and scores and tell you if they think you'd be eligible. When you find one you like, go ahead with the full application.
But the main thing will be to see what's left on your reports after the disputes. All the banks are getting very conservative these days, in full CYA mode, and recent lates and public records won't help you at all.
