No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
It will drop from your report when the CCC requests it be deleted, which they should do without prompting. Give it a little time, and if it doesn't drop, then call the CCC and explain the situation and that you want the account off yuor reports since it is no longer yours. If that still doesn't work, then you may need to dispute the account with the CRAs as "Not mine."

Hello. I have asked my primary cardholder to take me off his authorized user accounts becasue he now has high balances and some late pays. He did so over the phone.... but I was curious if I should just expect these to drop off my credit report or if I should follow up with a phone call to the bureaus or a letter to them asking for removal off my reports? Thanks
