i thought it was a good way of rubbing thier noses in it. we'll see if lot's of international hotel authorizations, but no charges makes them jealous enough to "re-adjust" my credit line.
dw is taking ds to atlanta this week and we are seriously considering rome in august.

Your DW and other airline employees have earned my admiration over the years. I'd have come over that counter a long time ago.
it's kind of funny. one rep called my wife to help resolve an issue. the reps request was something along the lines of please help me, i can't afford to lose my flight privlages over this!
