think the 3% apr and 0% transfer fee is a better deal though. If you finish at 12 mo. mark, it is the same as the other deal, but if you pay it off before 12mo, it is cheaper.

and 0% offer has apr back to normal after 12mo... so it wouldn't be worth it.

it makes me wonder if i could call to extend it if i accepted the offer. you see, because i have a wells fargo of almost the same credit limit, and i can treat my credit like a line of cash credit because of the online bill pay feature (send an online check on this account without any fees). then immediately BT the amount, thus treating it like a 2.99 loan.
