In the same boat. I figured I was not going to over spend just for 100 cash back. Just glad to get the cards and be done with it. Ill get them with the regular cash back anyway. Ill still get you my pretty. LOL

Might be more of a post office issue than a Cap1 issue.  My local post office here has very iffy reliability, especially if there is a holiday.

doubt postal issue due to them needing to send out the "welcome packet" but i haven't gotten that either

Seems to be the normal batch and processing timeframe for their cards.  As of yesterday it was only 7 BDs since you were approved.  Albeit, the holiday may have pushed things out, you'll get it soon enough.  If for any reason you find yourself in a pickle, you call them and they can likely extend the timeframe by a bit - they're flexible.  Patience grasshopper, patience!
