That is correct. There could have been so many other scenarios and factors that we will never know what really happened, maybe the representative, maybe the supervisor, maybe the system, maybe the wrong button, maybe me etc, the list is unlimited. Thank you for your comments.
Like you said, maybe next time I should wait for two weeks or just try it out in stores other than call synchrony. I believe what you said is reasonable. Thank you.
I am sorry this happened to you but if this is how they handle customer service, you are better off without them.
