unsure of how to get a cap1 wmc

not entirely sure how to get a world mastercard with capital one, without having to directly apply for one. currently, 6000 credit limit quiksilver mastercard not sure if one can directly product change to a wmc. advice on how to accomplish would be extremely helpful.

You could PC to another product and it would likely be WMC.

PC to what exactly? I currently have the quiksilver platinum card I don't want the venture card not really into the travel stuff, so what do I product change to

You'd request a product change to a Quicksilver card.  To get the WMC you want to make sure you have a sufficiantly high enough credit limit for the offer to be available to you.  I waited until my QS1 was at $6300 to do a PC to the normal QS and asked if it would be a WMC and was told that it would be because of my credit limit.
