First Premier is just company that happens to cater to subprime customers. If 9.99 is subprime then almost the whole US is subprime.

In terms of credit cards that's not really subprime. There are credit cards at 20-35%.

My WAMU is PRIME+20.99% or something like that, that's why I never use it.

1.  With TU:820 credit score when I applied credit card from WAMU only get credit line for $5,000 Why is that???
Normally I can get up to $35,000 credit line from the other banks... 
 
2.  Finance Market must be in the Worst Time these days ???!!!...

Hopefully Chase will do what Providian and then WaMu never could: Lower the APR on the card I have with them (25% APR with +700 FICO Scores!?). I might use their products more than once a year then.

On the bright side, I can probably do a product change to a Chase Freedom card eventually and shelve my Citi Platinum Select since the rebate on the Chase card is higher.
