Google RadPad, get it set up NOW.
I just pay my bills to hit mines. I received my card last night an the same night I charged $800.00 through various bills. Cable, cell, gas an lights. Then today I charged $200 more in wally world. Plus my DW forgot some stuff an went back to wally world an spent another $100. Later this week I will charge another $400 in bills. Lastly, I will end up charging my rent to put it well ova the 2k spending. That's what I always do to keep them from thinking suspicious activity. Paying bills always works for me an so far so good. I know I'm not gaining much in the categories but.... Best of luck OP.
In addition to the what's been already suggested, paying your taxes is also a way. It's one of my favorites, but it's only worthwhile to suffer the fees incurred if you're earning large lump sum bonuses.

I did this. About $1000 from family/friends last month.
Also co-workers or work expenses. Usually when we go out to eat lunch, I pay for it on my CC and my coworkers give me cash or send me Chase QuickPay. About $100 last month. At work, we had an iPad giveaway for filling out surveys. Someone had to go to the Apple Store to buy the iPad to give out. I offered to go get it. ~$430 on my CC and reimbursed.
Also looks like Serve is less useful than it was. Starting April 16, you can only load with Amex (network) cards.

Staples has penny or dollar after rebate paper every week. The rebates are very easy to do all online you dont have to mail anything in. I sometimes sell the paper afterwards or give it to schools and churches. Its a great way to spend money without really spending money. I end up making money after you factor in 5% staples rewards and whatever rewards i get from the credit card. Also, look into buying gift cards for stores that you shop at a lot. For me i always buy amazon gift cards its like pre paying. I also buy walmart gift cards beacuse almost all the cards that i need for spending requirements are visas and sams club does not accept visas. However, they do take walmart gift cards.
