Did this or does Newport News Ever Pull a Hard Inq?? and what is the average cl given on these two accounts??

I have accounts with both Spiegel and Newport News, and at the time of pre-approval, neither of them did a hard pull.

Spiegel started me out with $250 and Newport News was $500. I've never tried it, but I'm told that you can use the Spiegel card on NN's site, and vice versa.
