I want to apply but I dont know which one to apply for and which one is most likely to approve me with scores in the upper 500's

All Target cards are called "Red Cards"

Target Card (without Visa logo) can only be used at Target stores and target.com. It is considered a retail card.

Target Visa can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. It is considered a creditcard.
