when / how does Orchard report to CRA's?

When does Orchard report to the CRA's? Do they report the balance on the statement date or do they report at the end of the month?

For me, they report the statement balance , BUT they dont report the balance untill the last day of the month, and actually they don't report that often for me, orchard is listed on EQ but they never report anything to them, they havent reported anything to TU in 4 months now and EX hasnt been reported to in 2 months, i have already sent them a letter showing proof that they havent reported like they say they have, that was 6 weeks ago, my reports still have yet to be updated, honestly dont count on them reporting to often.

My Orchard card reports on the last business day of the month, and it reports the balance as of that day.  It does not report a statement balance at any time.

I have never had an issue with them reporting.
