which bank use beacon 5 like myfico?

EQ Fico score base on 2004 model.  04 models are the one's used most widely.  

quifax Beacon 5.0 Facta
Experian Fair Isaac V2
Trans Union FICO Risk score Classic 04

Not sure about TU04 being widely used currently. Any pulls ive been getting lately for TU is right on with TU08.

Interesting.  Are you talking about credit card apps?  Most posts says TU04 is still being pulled for mortgage apps.

its look like only USAA pulled beacon 5. and another bank they pull by these score systems

Wells Fargo uses Beacon 5 for Mortgages.

NFCU pulls it.  AFAIK, almost any bank that pulls EQ is going to pull this model.  check whogavemecredit or the pulls database
