Your utils are in great shape! congrats. 13%

I'd say pif the HSBC Plat. M.C. Looks like after the 3.99% period ends, the apr's are going up. $200 on the Alteco visa. $101 on the HSBC MC.(no interest.)

I'm sure others will offer their opinions shortly.

Re: which to pay first or just small pymts on each?

I think it depends on what your goals are. If your goals are to get your cards down in terms of utilizaton, then you should pay of HSBC BBMC, which has your highest util, and then go to HSBC MC. If your goals are to save money on the interest, then it depends. If you are sure you can get your HSBC BBMC card paid off before the 0% interest period ends, then I would leave that one alone and pay off alatelco and then HSBC MC. This way you'll save yourself on finance charges. If you don't think you can get the HSBC BBMC paid off before the 0% interest period ends, then I would pay that one first and then move on to alatelco. If your HSBC BBMC is anything like my regular HSBC BB card, then you'll have back interest charged if it's not paid off before then the 0% interest period ends. Really, it all depends on your goals and what's important to you.
