yet another Cap1 question

Ok, so I'm still bugged about my little card with them but I'm wondering if anyone knows how long it needs to be between apps with them? 30 days? 60 days? 90?

My thought is that I'd app for a better card since my scores are now about 100 pts higher than they were when I got my card in 04, then see if they'd combine into the new better card...

Or am I stuck with teeny card until more gray hairs show up on my head?

Capital One requires a 90 day period in between applications.

On one of thousand pre-app letters they sent to me, they said 45 days between apps...

Oooh, now that makes things complicated. I feel trapped with that starter card and I'd like to have a way to move it up. I'd rather not go the next 5 years with no CLI. I don't need a big CL on it, just something reasonable so that I can use it and keep util low.

And here I just checked into the sleigh center. Does it count if it's an existing creditor and you want to improve your relationship with them? (yeah, even I know that one is lame...)
