It would be fun to sit in on that. I've seens other successful suits against cell phone debtors who were sued after the supposed 2 yr SOL (caveat: I don't know if the SOL was challenged). My 2 cents: the two-year SOL is a crock. People are basing it on a portion of the Telecommunications Act that was written before cell phones were invented. I've always questioned that in here and always suggested people base the SOL on their state's written portion. Hopefully this ruling will get challenged again and again and maybe we (i.e. the world) can put this issue to rest. Personally I think it would be cool if a 2-yr. SOL applied, but I don't see how that's within the org. intent of the law.
