10 year old Illinois judgements

I have 4 10 year old judgements in Illinois. 2 are PRA, 1 midland and 1 TD Bank Us.
It was from a really hard time. We have not been contacted by them in any means for years. I didn't really know the laws just thought they were to old to keep trying to collect. I was recently served to attempt a revival on 1 of them from PRA for $1,400. Didn't think anything of it again didn't know laws so let it go. Well they was awarded the revival. So I started looking and realized in IL they can revive for another 10 years total of 20 which is crazy. So I attempted to send them a settlement offer letter. I didn't admit to the debt being mine just and offer. Well I received back it wasn't with them to call Investinet. Well I thought no harm so I chatted with them via online chat. I was informed by them it wasn't with them to call central Porto control. So by this point I am thinking this has got to be a joke. How can they revive this thing and it be sent 2 different places. What should I do? Let it go? Or attempt another offer to these clowns? Would they except 20% offer?

Since I  noticed they had filed the revival I also started looking into the other 3 expecting them to do so also. Well TD Bank US recently filed an entry of appearance. Not real sure what that is except they are going to try to revive also. Should I just attempt a settlement with them before they get a chance to file? It's is $3,700.00. I don't want another revived.

Also to add I have not held a job in 8+ years or neither have a bank account now. My spouse works and has the accounts not in my name. So they have nothing to garnish except possibly attempting to take our property.

At this point I think I'd stop sending settlement offers and spend a little time talking to an Illinois attorney who deals with judgments and collections.

You've already had one judgment revived after apparently not responding to the proceeding, another creditor has now filed an appearance with the court, and nobody seems able to give you a straight answer about who even owns or is servicing the first one. I'd want to know exactly who owns what, what has actually been filed in each case, and what my options are before I started offering anybody money.

I'd also want professional advice about whether making settlement offers or payments could have any unintended consequences, and what assets, if any, could actually be subject to collection. A lot of attorneys still offer a free initial consultation, and with four judgments involved, 15 or 20 minutes with someone who actually knows Illinois law could be worth a whole lot more than guessing what percentage these people might accept.

And just to separate two different issues, these judgments being old enough to no longer appear on your credit reports doesn't necessarily mean they can't still be legally enforced. Those are two completely different clocks.
