2 Judgments Same Case

Have a new issue.  My judgments have fallen off of Transunion and Experian of 3000$.

But, my Equifax is taking longer because I have 2 judgments for the same case.  One is without the interest at 3000$, the other is with the interest at $5100.

Can you do this, and if so, how do i get the second one removed?

The 5100$ judment is said to be at a different court according to my credit report..

Re: 2 Judgments Same Case

You will have to start by getting details of both judgments. You will need that in order to take action.

Let us know the details. If they come from two separate courts and are for two separate amounts, it certainly looks as if they are two separate judgments. You will have to prove that they are one in the same.

right.

But problem is no court house in Los Angeles can find my case.  Ive been at it all morning.

The address on my Credit report falls on the parking lot area of a crminal court house that says they dont do judgments and dont know anything about my case.

I'd be documenting all that in writing...from them. Then? I'd be disputing with the CRAs.
