Recently (July 29) my wife's identity was used to apply for an SBA loan. We've taken all the measures and reversed the hard inquiry as well. For safety sake I froze my files too.
Last week we finally closed our previous house and now that 565k loan will no longer contribute to my total debt. Seems a good time to explore refinance options for our new house which closed in March 2020 at 3.99%. Who would have thunk it?
Before proceeding I'd like a definitive report of my scores. I will let things settle a bit before ordering the 3 bureau, but want to know if the 3 bureau can be ordered with frozen files?
