First I want to thank you guys soooooo much!!!! I learned so much from this site...
Anyways, I did a PFD but, with one no no,, I went with my gut since I had names from several higher ups confirming they would delete...I called the hospital yesterday and left the CA alone. I asked them if I pay would they requst deletion of the medical collections from all 3 agencies. The lady said they would do it. I then asked for a letter first but, was told they do not send those types of letters. I told her I wanted her supervisors name and her supervisors boss name. I called the VP and got confirmation it could be done then I called the CSR back and made payment. I checked Ex today and they are gone!!!!!! waiting on EQ and slow TU to update....Yippeeee!! can't wait to see what kind of points I get from this...
