I was inspired last night after reading about others' successes here and sent off an email to RJM Acquisitions about an old paid debt. Today I got a return email.



....Please be advised that the account has been satisfied in full.

As per your request, an update is being sent to all major credit bureaus to which RJM Acquisitions LLC reports (Trans Union and Experian) instructing them to have the RJM Acquisitions LLC tradeline pertaining to the above account deleted....




I wouldn't have been able to get so much accomplished this quickly without this forum. It's great for advice and encouragement.

There was a fair amount of work done by our staff to contact you about the delinquency. If that were not the case, I certainly would have come to a different decision.

Maybe if the guy who kept calling me everyday wouldn't have screamed at me all the time and would have just accepted my response of "I will mail in payment as soon as possible", then I would have been easier to reach. That guy was worse than many of the collectors from CAs that I have dealt with

I emailed all the addresses available from RJM over the weekend and had a response in my Inbox from Eileen around 915 this morning.  She is very responsive and helpful.

CONGRATS!!!...RJM is the BEST CA...I did a PFD with them a month ago..and the accepted it with no problem...also DIVERSIFIED ADJUSTMENT is another....I did a GW with the last month..and they accepted...
