One down and one to go (a med collection noe 2 years old) - and I might even GW the released tax lien.

Why does the post office come through for everyone except me?

Was this the result of a GW letter? If so, how long did it take from mailing? I'm still waiting on mine.

The collection was for $66 (I paid the bill thru Jun 15 in May and turned-off service on June 5 --- so they should have owed me --- I really have no idea where the balance came from).

I disputed (was verified) and then sent Verizon a requiest for an INVESTIGATION (you can't DV an OC but they do have to investigate per FCRA and FACTA since they verified).

I was really expecting to have to file complaints, etc on this since they have been so unreasonable to date.  Someone was in the Christmas mood or it would have cost tooo much over a $66 bill to do a full investigation.
