Congrats!!! You learn so many things here that never occurred to you before. For instance, I would you have ever realized that it's best to keep a small balance on one card?
I don't think so. It certainly never occurred to me.

But also be cautious here! Some stuff here is just personal opinion or wrong, and if said confidently enough and repeated otten enough, it gets treated as truth. This includes things like Amex with FR if you carry a balance (or one of hundred other things), Cap One is totally without any redeeming features, the Cash + card is useless now it has been nerfed, apply for card X for a high limit..... Do a bit of sanity checking rather than just following prevailing sentiments here.

Totally agree with this. I'd add the endless pushing people to apply for more credit when they don't truly understand the mental/emotional health of the person they are encouraging.
