A quick message to the overwhelmed.

Wow. You are about to tackle your CR and you find more than you expected. There is no quick process, no easy way out when there is a big mess to attack.

Start with the newest problem. There's your start. If you are overwhelmed take it 1 account at a time. Expect this to take time. A long time. If you feel you can handle more, take on 2. But don't let your self get stressed over it because it only hurts and could cause you to give up. After a while, you will start to see that you are getting through it. Don't put it off saying that you will do it all later. Start with 1 account now. Eventually you will find your self at the bottom of your list of accounts. It's ok if it takes months to get there. Just do as much as you can.

It can be overwhelming (and I am a good multi-tasker) --- so look at reports and make a plan

Be it working CA accounts from the first past SOL to the oldest, or easier things like GWs (no way to get sued here), or starting with your personal info that is incorrect and getting that right.

Time and patience are you allies - time to get past SOL or a drop date - and a lot of patience.

Oh, and THINK before doing - that is most important.

Both of you are nothing short of good people who have words of wisdom.  A few months ago (before Christmas) I started my journey.  There was a particular day my score fell 71 points yes 71 can you believe and I put a post up "I give up" with the help of you both along with Timothy, Brammy and others encouraging words I decided to fight back and fight hard til I get it right.  Thank you all so so much.
