I'm getting ready to pay off 2 loans soon, a HELOC thru Case and a revolving thru my bank. In paying these off, will the paid loan stay on my report for a while? These two trade lines help my AAoA since the HELOC goes back to 1999. I have two recent loans in the past 3 months and two CC in the last month. In paying these off, will this hurt my AAoA?

No it won't .. Closed or completed installment loans will stay on your reports for 10 years and continue to help your AAoA
paid loans rarely disappear from credit since its considered positive. shouldn't go away.

Not necessarily. They will stay for a while, but not usually that long.

IME EX is the only one that will actually hold them for the full 10 year period.
