AMEX Free Experian FICO Score

My AMEX provides a free Experian credit score. Every month it has updated on the 7th of each month. It still hasn't updated. Anyone else having this issue this month?

Mine updates on or around the 25th each month, so last update for me was Jan 24th.    Maybe others will chime in if they've seen an update this month...

What free service do you have? I know back then Amex offers free monthly EX FICO8, now they have updated their free service called MyCredit Guide(not to confuse with paid service CreditSecure), which offers TU VantageScore 3.0 and provides on-demand update every 7 days. What am I missing?

It's kinda confusing to find, on mobile you have to be logged into one of your cards, click on Account then scroll all the way to the bottom and you'll see both "Free Credit Score and Report" and "FICO Score".

UPDATE: It updated today! I guess I spoke it into existence!

Mine says last update January 10th. I guess it might update tomorrow. Does the Amex use the same scores to Approve App or  I wonder when  Amex pulls the scores if it would pull real time or it looks the scores it stored in the system.
