In most cases, a lender may take up to 2 months (max) to report a newly-opened account.

My own Amex cards were slow to start reporting as well, but in two or three months they did show up.
Many people like this, since during the first couple of months you're usually working on earning a sign up bonus and often usage is higher than it normally would be.

Got mine 2 months ago and it's still not reporting. I think AMEX takes quite a while.

Based on your signature, 2 statements have not cut yet. I would wait until the end of November; and if the account has not shown up by then, call AMEX.
