AMEX Recon

Does anyone have the number for AMEX Recons? I am helping a friend repair his credit and he got declined for Delta Gold Skymiles because he doesn't have any tradlines that have been open for at least 6 months.  Actually the only card he ever had was Capital One but that was charged-off years ago and fell and off recently.

Just call Amex new accounts number & explain the situation, they'll direct you to the right place.
