NEED HELP PLEASE

I have a medical collection on my credit report saying date opened in 2005. This is totally wrong I went to the doctor in 2002 but the bill was never paid. So when the collection agency put it on my credit report it shows date reported 2005. So what showed I do?

Date reported and DOFD are often and usually different.

You would need to pull directly from the CRA or call the CRA to get the DOFD.

Either way this is going to be on there for awhile- have you tried a PFD on this?
