I'm so bummed...They didn't give a contact #, and i can't find the one. They pulled EX and they said there is an acct. that I don't see whats up with that? They gave me the Delta, go figure!
Try the recon first. If that doesn't work and you can spare another pull, try the starwood. I was approved for the delta, declined for the hh, then approved for the starwood. But it was three hard pulls.
Okay...just got off the phone with AMEX...They claim that EX is reporting a judgement as "Satisfied but no date as to when" ....that is crap! I am looking at the report from TC and they show the date paid 4/29/2004....any ideas anyone?
How can they get a report that differs from mine? this is messed up!
For those of you who are having problems getting an issue resolved with AMEX - here is a name and number that should help. It is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and is on Executive Row.
Her name is Holly Delaro - number is 212-640-2000 - you will get the switchboard operator and ask for Holly in the Executive Offices. She helped me with a major problem and very easy to work with.
